The branded gazebo and oven pitched on grass at an outdoor event

Mobile Pizza Catering Across South Wales

We bring the ovens, the power and the crew, and cook on site for anything from ten people to five hundred.

We have been doing this since 2015, from a unit in the Rhondda, and the job has not changed much. Make the dough ourselves. Stretch it by hand. Cook it in front of the people who are going to eat it. The ovens are wood-fired, gas and electric, which between them cover pitches where an open fire is welcome and pitches where it is not.

The kit travels. There is a van, a truck, a trailer and the gazebo setups, and which one comes to you depends on the numbers, the access and what the venue will allow. We bring our own power. In practice a site needs to give us a level pitch, a way of getting a vehicle onto it, and space to work around.

Three ways to serve. Individual pizzas, boxed and handed over one at a time. A pizza buffet, sliced onto boards for people to graze. Or the buffet with sides, when the pizza is the meal. Pricing is per head and we will tell you what it costs before you commit to anything.

Weddings, corporate days, festivals, birthdays, christenings, school fetes, film sets and one or two things we still cannot categorise. The pattern is the same each time: we arrive around two hours early, set up out of the way, cook until everybody has eaten, and clear the pitch behind us.

We cover Cardiff, Newport, Swansea, Bridgend, Brecon, the Vale of Glamorgan, the Rhondda and the valleys between them. Further afield is usually possible, so it is worth asking rather than assuming. A 25% deposit secures a date, with the balance due 14 days before.

What you get

Wood-fired, gas and electric

Three kinds of oven between them, so we can still cook on a pitch where an open fire would not be allowed.

Dough made in-house

Made by us, never frozen, stretched by hand on the day rather than pressed out of a machine.

10 to 500 guests

Small private bookings through to festival service, with the kit and the crew scaled to the number.

Self-sufficient

Van, truck, trailer, gazebo, power and crew. Most venues need to give us a pitch and a way in, and nothing else.

Priced per head

You get the figure before you commit to anything. A 25% deposit secures the date once you are happy with it.
